Seafort Ealing

Seafort Ealing PFI project comprises 3 Schools located in the Ealing/Acton area built during 2005/06:

• Ark Acton Academy

• Featherstone Primary School

• Greenford High School

Greenford High School is the largest school out of the three and consists of 7 separate buildings being between 2 and 3 storeys. The school’s capacity is estimated at 1,700 pupils and over 230 staff.

The Design and Build contractor was Costain and the Facilities Management contractor is currently Mitie.

The Schools have excellent facilities such as multi-use games areas and outdoor sports pitches.

EMS took over the MSA in September 2014 and has worked closely with the service provider and Ealing authority over the past several years to provide schools buildings which are of high quality and whose facilities are maintained to a high standard.
