Brockley Social Housing

The Brockley Social Housing PFI comprises of 1828 refurbished dwellings.  There are 1252 tenanted properties and 576 Leaseholders. The refurbishment project completed in 2007 . EMS took over the MSA  in October 2020.

The project is located in Brockley a district of South London in the London Brough of Lewisham.

The Building and maintenance contractor is Equipe, and the Housing Management Contractor is Pinnacle group. This project is one of 3 London social housing schemes managed by EMS.

Strong relationships are key to this project and EMS work endlessly to establish a strong working relationship with Lewisham Council

Ongoing workstreams include:

• Replacement firedoor programme for tenants and leaseholders

• To install a landlord electrical supply to communal areas

• Lifecycle replacements.
