Geographical Reach

EMS has always appreciated the value of having a team of employees that are based locally to the projects we manage. Our General Managers need to be able to visit their sites on a regular basis and to be able to attend at short notice in the event of an emergency.

Collaboration is a fundamental pillar of our approach and we seek to facilitate that by establishing various regional offices that enable our team to meet regularly with their colleagues, sharing ideas and best practice, and building the strong working relationships upon which we thrive.

The regional approach extends beyond the operational team to include regional finance teams, again reflecting the importance of regular communication between the two parts of our delivery team.

We started off in October 2014 with offices in London and Manchester, and have subsequently added further teams in Glasgow, Italy, Nottingham, Newcastle, Leeds and Dublin in response to the growth of our portfolio.
