We currently operate 16 MSA contracts working in the defence, healthcare and student accommodation sectors and the total value of the assets as at 31 December 2022 is €387m.​

The team is headed up by Barbara Begio, Director, based in the London office who is Italian and visits all the offices on a regular basis. There are senior members of the team located in Italy, reporting into the Director and managing the team and projects locally.​
