Chrysalis (Stanhope) Social Housing

The Chrysalis Social Housing PFI comprises of 308 refurbished dwellings.  The refurbishment project commenced in 2013 which was split into 6 phases. EMS took over the management of this project in December 2020.

The project is located in Ashford, Kent on the Stanhope Estate.

The Building and Maintenance Contractor is Morgan Sindall and the Housing Management Contractor is Moat Housing.

Community and relationships are key to this project and EMS work endlessly to establish strong working relationships with Ashford Borough Council, Morgan Sindall and Moat so together we provide an excellent service to the residents of the Stanhope Estate.

Ongoing workstreams include:

• Community outreach including activities such as joint monthly walk arounds, community hub run by Moat who engage with the local residents offering activities, and afterschool clubs.

• Lifecycle replacements.
