NHS Lanarkshire

In December 2013, Lanarkshire Health Board entered into an agreement with Hub SW NHSL Sub Hub Co Limited associated with the finance, design, construction and provision of certain services in relation to three new Community Health Centres in Wishaw, East Kilbride and Kilsyth.  Since completion of the three health centres between March and August of 2015, EMS have provided the SPV management services on the project.

All three health centres provide various outpatient services including, GP, dental and mental health whilst also offering administration and office spaces.  Houldsworth health centre also has a library, café and One Stop Shop for use by the local community. These modern facilities enable the delivery of health and social care services in the heart of the community.

EMS work closely with the service provider Graham to ensure a top quality and consistent service delivery that develops a trust and confidence with the local authority and facilities that the local community are proud of.
