Irish Social Housing

The Irish Social Housing Bundle 2 PPP project will deliver 465 new homes nationwide, ranging from semi-detached homes to small blocks of apartments, in eight locations across Ireland including Cork, Waterford, Shannon, Galway, Roscommon and Kildare.     

The Torc Housing Partnership consortium is led by Equitix Ltd who, together with Kajima Partnerships Ltd, are the lead developers and long-term majority investors in the project.

Irish builder JJ Rhatigan and Spain’s Obrascon Huarte Lain, under a Construction Joint Venture, are jointly responsible for the Design and Construction of the project.

Derwent FM will deliver the Hard FM services and Tuath Housing Association will provide the Tenancy Management. Debt funding is provided by NordLB, Norinchukin and Bank of Ireland.

At the 2022 Partnership Awards, Irish Social Housing Bundle 2 PPP won the award for Overall winner in the Best Social Infrastructure Project category.​
