Coral Wind Portfolio

EMS took over management of these 6 small wind farms totalling 7MWp in 2018. ​

The portfolio of 12 turbines is made up of EWT500 and Enercon E82 and E53 ranging from 500kW to 1.5MW with a yield of around 24GWh of electricity per year. Enough to supply the town of St Andrews​.

We provide Financial, Contract and Technical Asset Management services across 12 SPVs and 4 debt bearing entities.

The portfolio was constructed between 2012 and 2015 under the FIT subsidy regime. ​

Project finance is provided by Bayern LB.​

EMS run the 4 MSA contracts as a single integrated portfolio service providing consolidated accounts and operational KPIs at the HoldCo level.​
