Cambridge BSF

The Cambridge BSF project consists of just one school. Thomas Clarkson is part of the Brook Weston Academy Trust and consists of a refurbished original building and a new build. The school has a GIFA of 16,440m2 and a current pupil role of 1,340.

The school opened in 2012 with a 25 year concession.

The school uses a breathing buildings ventilation design which incorporates three large Destratification fans mounted at high level in the large atrium. These fans push warm air back down to ground level saving energy costs.

EMS have been operating the Contract since September 2014 and have developed a good working relationship with both the School and Mitie the FM company.
