On 16 October 2020 EMS commenced provision of full MSA service delivery on the Yorkshire Priority Schools Building Programme, which comprises seven schools spread across the Bradford, Kirklees and Harrogate districts.

The project provides educational services to 7,500 students across a 63,000m2 estate. Laing O’Rourke Construction built the schools in 2017/18, and Laing O’Rourke FM provides hard FM services.
