The University of Leicester Student Accommodation reached financial close on 2 August 2019. The site is located on the existing University Campus known as Freemen’s Common and Nixon Court.

When complete the project will provide 1,164 student units across seven buildings on the two sites, five on the Freemans Common Site and two on the Nixon Court Site, and will include a Teaching & Learning building and a multi-storey car park.
