Socogisa – Spain

EMS has been appointed to provide project management services for its first project in Spain to ‘Sociedad Conjunta de Gestion de Infraestructuras S.A. (Socogisa)’ from September 2020. The project comprises the maintenance of three courts situated in the Barcelona Metropolitan area.

The services that EMS will provide are to coordinate the parties’ involvement in the SPV’s Management, by acting as the Board Directors’ intermediary, ensuring that each party is maintaining key deliverables.
