On 1 October 2019 EMS commenced management services provision to Integrated Care Solutions, for ICS Shropshire and ICS East Kent.

ICS Shropshire comprises six sites spread across Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Market Drayton. The sites include a nursing home for the elderly and disabled, an intermediate care facility providing rehabilitation, a community library and several day care centres for adults with learning difficulties.

ICS East Kent comprises two sites; one located in Margate, the other in Tenterden. The £23 million project involves a 29.5-year concession for the construction and provision of hard and soft facilities management services for two homes for the elderly.
